House of Aminos LLC is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and safety of research-grade materials. All products are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) and are temperature-sensitive, stability-controlled compounds.
Order Cancellations
Pre-Shipment Cancellations (Accepted)
Cancellations are accepted ONLY before your order has shipped.
- Email support@houseofaminos.com with your order number
- Request must be received before shipment notification email
- Full refund (no fees) for pre-shipment cancellations
- Refund issued within 2–5 business days
Post-Shipment Cancellations (NOT Accepted)
Once your order has shipped (tracking number sent), cancellation is NOT possible. The product is already in the carrier's possession and chain-of-custody is established.
Return Policy
⚠️ All Sales Are Final Once Shipped
Due to the fragile and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once shipped. We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, products purchased in error, or buyer's remorse.
Exceptions – We WILL Accept Returns For:
Product Damaged in Transit
- Package arrived visibly damaged
- Vials cracked, leaking, or unusable
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos required
Product Defective or Contaminated
- Product does not match Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
- Visible contamination or discoloration
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Photos required
Incorrect or Missing Items
- Wrong product or quantity delivered
- Items listed on packing slip not included
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Photos of packing slip vs. contents required

No restocking fee for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products (our responsibility).
Chargeback Policy
⚠️ Important: Customers who initiate chargebacks without first attempting resolution through our standard process may face:
- Immediate account termination
- Blacklisting from future orders
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
