Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Marketing Ambassador Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the House of Aminos LLC affiliate program. By enrolling, you agree to comply with all terms herein.
1. Program Overview
House of Aminos LLC operates an affiliate marketing program that allows approved partners to earn commissions by promoting our research-grade peptide products through approved marketing channels.
Commission Structure
- Standard Commission: 10-15% per qualifying sale
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses for top performers
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Payment Threshold: $100 minimum payout
- Payment Schedule: Net-30 (monthly payouts)
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in our affiliate program, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have an active website, blog, or social media presence
- Complete and submit an affiliate application
- Agree to all terms in this Agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in deceptive or fraudulent marketing practices
3. Promotional Guidelines
✓ Permitted Activities
- Share affiliate links on your website, blog, or approved social media
- Create honest, educational content about research peptides
- Disclose affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines
- Use approved marketing materials and banners
- Promote products for research and laboratory use only
✗ Prohibited Activities
- Making therapeutic, health, or medical claims
- Claiming products are for human consumption
- Providing dosing instructions or treatment protocols
- Making before/after claims or transformation promises
- Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising
- Bidding on House of Aminos brand terms in paid search
- Creating fake reviews or testimonials
- Promoting to individuals under 21 years of age
- Violating platform policies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
4. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Per Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, you MUST clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content. Disclosure must be:
- Clear and conspicuous
- Near the affiliate link or recommendation
- In the same language as the content
- Not hidden in footnotes or buried text

5. Termination
House of Aminos LLC reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including for:
- Violation of any terms in this Agreement
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Making prohibited claims about products
- Damaging the reputation of House of Aminos
- Failure to generate sales within 90 days
- At our sole discretion for any reason
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions under the minimum threshold will be forfeited. Commissions earned through fraudulent means will not be paid.
6. Limitation of Liability
House of Aminos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Aminos LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your promotional activities, including but not limited to FTC violations, false advertising claims, or misrepresentation of products.
